From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped by the warm ambiance of tastefully chosen decor and furnishings. The room was impeccably clean, spacious.Modern amenities were at my fingertips, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the breathtaking view of Naples cityscape from the top floor with breakfast. The beautiful scenery added an extra layer of magic to my stay. The location itself was extremely convenient. The heartbeat of Naples was just a stone's throw away with bustling markets, historic sites, and the vibrant culinary scene that Naples is famous for. The staff was another highlight of my stay. They were accommodating, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my time in Naples was memorable. Their recommendations for local sights and eateries were spot-on, adding much value to my trip. The staff are a gem. The young lady on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful. Explained everything in English and gave us recommendations for where to eat, even showing us a photo of a place on her phone. She marked places on the map and gave us info about the area answering questions;such as luggage storage when checking out, before we needed to ask. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As others have said, the room was small, but it definitely suited our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, light but suitable. The location is great for getting places. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room’s design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

Room was clean and functional. About 20 steps to the lift so not too arduous. Staff were friendly and called an airport taxi for us and recommended restaurants. Churches are closed 12:45-16:00 so plan around that. Also book in advance for popular museums. A good experience living like an Italian. Don't expect too much and be laissez faire.
